Today, the D.C. Court of Appeals sided with the FCC upholding the FCC's Net Neutrality Rules established in the 2015 Open Internet Order.  

The Opinion for the Court was filed by Circuit Judges Tatel and Srinivasan.  Senior Circuit Judge Williams issued a separate opinion concurring in part and dissenting in part.
